employees, contractors to record timesheet and expenses on-line.
User do not have to install any software on their machine and it is
100% web based. This helps employers in managing time spent by
employees on certain projects, project costs, client billing, and to

Can we download the software and install it on our local server.
No. 24x7 provides hosted solutions so you can not download software
and install it on your local server. Our customers can use the
application without worry of maintaining the server, installing
patches, doing maintenance work and database backup.
Can we try application on your server before becoming a customer.
Yes, you can try it online for free. We are pretty sure you will be
excited
after reviewing our application. You will be required to provide
some basic
information during registration. Once we have this information we
will send you the login information through email for
free trial. We
will not contact you either through email or any other contact
information after the trial is over unless directed us to do so.
Is Demo version same as real application.
Yes. generally speaking it will be same. The demo application has the
same functionality as you would experience after becoming a
customer. We are constantly improving the functionality of the
application so you may see some additional improvement in our production
version.
How long can I use trail application.
Generally we allow 30 days but if you need additional time please
contact our customer support and we will extend the trial.
Will I be billed after the trial period if I do not cancel my
account.
No. You will not be billed. Once your trial is over we will close
your account.
Will 24x7 will help us in entering information about our
employees, projects etc. to make system production ready.
We can definitely assist in speeding up the entry of information
required for the system to be operational. But we will leave it up
to you to maintain this information from the web interface.
How safe the data will be at your server.
The data stored on our server is as safe as it would be on your own
systems. We do regular backups and a complete nightly backup.
How much this service will cost us.
We charge per user bases. So it depends how many employees/users
will be using the system. We guaranty lowest rate. Please contact us
for pricing.
Do we have to sign up a contract for specific period of time to
use this
service.
No. You do not need to sign up a contract for certain period of
time. We will bill you on monthly bases and if you decide to
discontinue the server you can notify us and we will close your
account as requested.
